Emphatically YES.
Absolutely!!!! I live in Houston and if they had told me to leave, I would have....but they asked us to "shelter in place". Personally, I am very lucky. I only have a pine tree top in my living room; we have water, but no phones or electricity. We are camping out basically, but are able to take showers (thank goodness). Cleanup will take a LONG time. But we're alive and healthy. The people who did not leave the Galveston (coastline) area are so not smart....Things are not as important as life and safety!
