People.

Heaven preserve me from people who get all affronted that people indulge in expressions of their faith. Whatever that faith may be. So what if a storeowner is giving away a free coke if you can quote a scripture? You're not out anything, if you can't. You still get the same sandwich and the same drink for the same price.

Yeesh.

Gah.

I have a date tonight. A real date. And I don't know how to handle it. It's been so long since I went out with anyone that I don't know what to do. I'm not sure I ever knew what to do. I didn't date that much in college, just a couple of guys, and no one steady.

I'm afraid I'll embarass myself.

What a bunch of whinging little girls.

It's all I can do not to be rude and dismissive to all those poor, affronted fangirls who just can't understand why a picture of Snape going down on a teenaged Harry might bother some people.

Give me a friggin' break, you pre-pubescent pervs.

All the foot-stomping and emoting and completely wrong-headed rhetoric is wearing on my last available nerve. When are you all going to move to JF and IJ, so I don't have to listen to your mewling protests any more?

I've decided...I'm going to use this blog to bitch.

I am sick to death of the whining by the fangirls at LiveJournal. Good grief, you'd think they were being subject to the Inquisition, just because LJ takes a dim view of fics and pics showing an underage Harry Potter being fucked/blown/pick your kink of choice by various and sundry adult male figures.

Now, I like a little HP fanfic just as much as the next person (so long as Harry is 7th year or older), but even I find the artwork a little unsettling. Maybe it's simply a matter of taste. Maybe it's a matter of borderline child pornography. It's a moving target, as far as I can see. Either way, it isn't an issue of free speech or of unfair persecution.

So get over yourselves, you big whining babies.

I have a new blog.

Whatever shall I do with it?
