I need a haircut, but I can't justify a $40 trip to see Jonas with my Vow of Frugality. That suit BTW is my Easter outfit from three years ago, sans hat, a pale blue vintage Mr. John straw turban.
Here we see yesterday's church hat and the pink that will not stop.

And here we see the last hat that I bought before my Vow of Frugality.

This is the one that I bought from the milliner on Etsy, who was so nice, even after I complained about her textspeak.
Why do I look like someone just poked me in the side in that picture?

Both hats are lovely. You should have been wearing pink all along- you're great in it.
You are the second pink phobic person I know. The other one could be your twin. How weird is that.
Okay, so this vow of frugality. Can we stretch the boundaries? I think you could think of $40 as not a lot to pay, especially since I'm getting hit with a $130 tab from mine?
I love pink. It's a powerful color. Wear it, and you can get away with all sorts of power plays. Believe me, I know. ;0)
...I mentioned you and your frugality pledge on my blog today! Hope your week is going well.
