HALLELUJAH!

We had a brunch at work today to honor the editor of our publications, who is leaving to take a job in San Diego, and my ensemble got many snaps from the brunch crowd. No hat, but I'm wearing one of my j.t.b tunic tops (made in the USA) in black with a Pucci-esque floral design in pink, coral, yellow, white, and pale green, my black French flood pants with the buttons on the seams (they really were made in France; I got 'em at Janice Ann's), and an absolutely adorable pair of casual black Hush Puppy platform slides embroidered with pink, white, orange, and pale green flowers.

Hey, it's casual Friday. Somewhere.

Anyway, the fact that these shoes seem made to match this top is just a very happy accident. Even Jeanette, who has a very 60's mod meets Boho hippie chic personal style, liked my ensemble. :-)

Your workplace must be lots of fun. No doubt, you'll miss the editor! A good one is hard to find. (Believe me, I know!).
I've been busy... I have been given two week by my peers to finish my book.
Ugh.
