My Easter bonnet (and check out the earrings):

My Easter purse:

My Easter shoes:

As a bonus, this is my hat from the Great Vigil of Easter on Saturday night:

I went "green" this Easter by recycling an Easter ensemble. My hat was vintage, my purse was vintage, my earrings were vintage, my suit was second-hand (only the buttons were new), and I wore jewelry and shoes that I already owned. I liked the result so much that I may do the same thing next Easter.
And Jill, you were right. Men do love royal blue. @):-)

What a happy and classy entry to the virtual Easter Parade! Mim, you OWN royal blue. Wow. And so clever of you to do a "green" Easter. Vintage rocks!
Mim, may I post the picture of your hat on my blog today?
Oh, you look wonderful! Very chic! What I love about those old bags is that you really could use them to clomp people on the head.
Yes indeed, Jill is so right. Min. You do OWN royal blue. Absolutely stunning, you look absolutely stunning.
Also appreciate and applaud your "green" Easter.
may I post the picture of your hat on my blog today?
Absolutely. :-)
Gorgeous. Love it ALL!
I cleaned up the phantom typos-you are now correctly listed as Min in both the post and the links. Golly I wish my copy editing skills would apply to my own blog!
that is a smashing easter outfit.

I cleaned up the phantom typos
**smoochies**
that is a smashing easter outfit.
And the coolest thing is that I already owned all the accessories--the purse, the hat, the earrings, the shoes. The only "new" thing I bought was the suit, and I paid around $10-11 for it on Ebay (plus shipping). OTOH I paid that much again for the new buttons I put on it. Q);-)
Hi, I came over from Jill's blog. You look fantastic in the blue, and that matching purse is wonderful too....takes me back a few years.
I enjoyed the story you posted about your Easter day experience too.
Sara
You're sweet. c(:-)
