Miss Janey, over at HATtastic, was talking about Lilliput Hats, which is a traditional milliner located at the corner of Bathurst and College in Toronto. I know this, because I own 8 or 9 hats from that shop.
In fact, my Easter hat of two years ago was a Lilliput hat. This one, in fact:
