After some serious thought and consideration I want to extend my deepest apologies. I was very taken aback by your response at first and slightly offended. Although after taking some tome to think about it I realized how disrespectful my response came across. I have been using my phone to answer emails because my computer monitor broke and frankly became rather lazy about using the capslock key and the alt button for proper punctuation. I want to thank you for bringing this to my attention because I never want to look unprofessional in the future. If you are still interested in the hat I would like to send it to you as a gift. I believe it takes a lot of courage to speak your mind. Again, I am truly sorry.
I'm not going to let her give me the hat, but I'm definitely going to buy from her in the future. I mean, just look at how phenomenal her hats are:

Good lord, those are wonderful hats. Have you checked out the Atelier-Musée du Chapeau in France? It's all avant garde, very couture. The yearly competition is a blast. Really, you should go!

My good friend Naomi Goodsir in Sydney placed one year. She's working on an accessories line. When they come out, I'll let you know. So far (just in the prelims) they look great.

Mim: I must take you to task now. Since you are willing to show us the milliner's work, the very least you could do is give us her name...especially after such a humble response to your correction.
