Like I needed another black hat...
Yesterday, I got both a phone call and an email from PayPal, giving me a $50 gift certificate to use on Ebay. Talk about unexpected. So I went over there this morning and bought myself a new vintage hat, and it's a doozy.

Cute! Now how the heck did you rate a gift certificate from paypal? I've been using paypal regularly for a couple of years now and all I ever get are emails warning me that my password needs changing.
Because I spend a ton of money through PayPal, I guess. I use it on Ebay, Etsy, BPAL, just about everywhere I buy things on-line.
